All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we exchange them or refund you ASAP.
If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
Please make sure you leave the correct address, phone number, and zip code, otherwise we cannot give you a refund.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (not including the 2-3 day processing or holiday delay) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession and you don’t contact us within 7 days, it will be considered used and we will not issue a refund or reshipment.
When you request a refund, please provide us photographs or video clearly showing the problem with the item as soon as possible.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
